Process

To start a return, contact us at precursor.apparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer one free size exchange on full-priced items within 14 days. We recommend reviewing our fit guide before ordering — each product page includes detailed specs and measurements to help you choose the right fit the first time.

Quality Guarantee

Every Precursor product goes through multiple quality checks. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Why We Do This

Our garments are produced in small batches to maintain quality and minimize waste. These policies help us continue creating responsibly while ensuring you receive apparel built to last.

Orders begin processing within 30 minutes of submission. If you need to change your size, address or items, email precursor.apparel@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and request. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. Once a parcel has been dispatched we can no longer modify it.

Select pieces in our collection are made‑to‑order. This means we craft them in small, intentional batches just for you. Production typically begins 1–2 days after order confirmation and takes 3–5 days. Once your item passes quality inspection, it will be packed and shipped; please allow an additional 8-14 days for delivery. If your order contains both in‑stock and made‑to‑order items, they will ship together once all pieces are ready. We appreciate your patience—this process allows us to reduce waste and ensure the highest quality.
